Welcome to Sabari Thendral Chits Private Limited. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By participating in our chit fund schemes, you agree to comply with these terms:1. Foreman Selection
- The foreman for each chit group will be selected through a shuffle process to ensure fairness and transparency.
2. Participation in Draws
- Customers can participate in the draw starting from the second installment of their chit payments.
3. Submission Requirements for Selected Candidates
- Candidates selected in the draw must submit the following documents based on the chit amount:
- Pronote
- Cheque
- Mortgage bond (if applicable)
4. Receipts for Payments
- Important: The management is not responsible for any payments made without an official receipt. Always ensure you receive a receipt for your transactions.
5. Monthly Passbook Verification
- Customers are required to submit their passbook to the company once a month for verification purposes.
6. Payment to Selected Customers
- The customer selected in the draw will receive the chit amount immediately after verification and submission of required documents.
7. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
- The company reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions as necessary. Customers will be notified of any changes.
